About an order
Write from the email you ordered with, or include your order number (it starts with TGS-), so we can find it straight away. For a damaged canvas, attach a photo of the damage and of the box.
Common answers
- Delivery takes 7 to 15 business days in total. See shipping.
- Repaints, cancellations and damaged canvases are covered in refunds and returns.
- To have your photos deleted, email us from the address you used. See privacy.
